These founding partners were determined to offer superior results-oriented representation in a cost-effective manner. Callahan, McCune & Willis, A Professional Law Corporation, was the result. Today, Callahan, McCune & Willis consists of over 40 lawyers in Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco and Fresno. Our diverse clientele includes international corporations, local businesses, governmental entities, individuals and professionals.

Ever since Callahan, McCune & Willis was founded, we have recognized that each client’s litigation requirements are unique and that every client is entitled to individual attention. To those clients pursuing trial, we offer a staff of trial advocates whose practice is reflected both in their skill and in their passion for the dynamics of courtroom litigation. We recognize, however, that trial is not an appropriate course of action in every case and we actively pursue alternative dispute resolution when such an approach best meets a client’s needs. To better serve our clients we have established offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego and Fresno, each of which is headed by a partner who has spent considerable time in the main office in Orange County. As a result, although physically separated, our offices functions smoothly as a unified practice to ensure that each client receives the same exemplary service at every location.

Because of the diversity of our clients, we are organized into multiple departments. Each department’s team includes at least one partner and a select group of associates who possess specialized legal expertise in the team’s focus area. Clients are carefully assigned to a team with the skill necessary to meet their specific needs.

Individual files are then assigned to the attorney who will handle all matters in connection with the case, from inception through trial or resolution. At regular team meetings, the cases are discussed to take advantage of the insights, experience and wisdom of other team members. This approach results in an efficient and cost-effective method of providing highly proficient legal expertise to our clients.
